TRAINER:

F1 - No Reload / Infinite Ammo / Infinite Grenades On
              F2 - No Reload / Infinite Ammo / Infinite Grenades Off
              F3 - Infinite Health On
              F4 - Infinite Health Off
              
              Teleport
              -F5 - Save Position
              -F6 - Restore Position

              F7 - Enable Levitation
              F8 - Disable Levitation
              -End - Toggle Freeze X and Y Axis

              You can enable F3 when you die to come back to life.
              You should save a teleport location before you use levitate
              because you could get stuck in a wall from levitating too much
              If restoring your teleport position does't work you have
              to hold the key down until it teleports you.
