PS3, Xbox 360 y PC recibir�n en el primer trimestre de 2008 lla nueva entrega de la saga de acci�n en primera persona Soldier of Fortune, subtitulada Payback. Como en las anteriores entregas, el jugador ser� un mercenario de la organizaci�n conocida como The Shop y buscar� a criminales y terroristas por todo el planeta.

La jugabilidad se mantiene de las anteriores entregas pero la lista de mejoras es muy larga y afecta desde a los controles y a la variedad del arsenal hasta a los escenarios y al sistema de da�os. En cuanto a las opciones multijugador, el t�tulo ofrecer� los modos de juego Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Elimination, Team Elimination, Capture the Flag y Demolition, adem�s de mapas especiales y completas estad�sticas.
