Prentice
Following the funeral, student Prentice carries out the wishes of his recently-deceased grandmother Margot and begins the task of finding out what happened to his Uncle Rory, who disappeared seven years before. Prentice uncovers a computer disk containing Rory’s unfinished murder mystery novel, The Crow Road, beginning a complex journey for him and his childhood friend Ashley through the McHoan family history.

Using clues in the unfinished story, Prentice uncovers some extraordinary episodes in his family’s history. he also finds out a devastating secret about the gorgeous Verity who has captured his heart.
