Il simpatico Lupin III, ladro di professione, ÃƒÂ¨ il protagonista di un susseguirsi di divertenti avventure presenti sui nostri schermi sin dal 1979. Inizialmente il cartone animato fu mandato in onda da varie reti locali, poi soltanto Fininvest, oggi Mediaset, acquistÃƒÂ² i diritti dell'intera serie televisiva. Rispetto all'edizione originale sono state apportate alcune modifiche e tagli, perchÃƒÂ© alcune scene vennero ritenute poco adatte a un pubblico giovanile. Il ladro gentiluomo, nipote dell'astuto Arsenio Lupin, effettua i suoi colpi con i compagni Jigen, Goemon e Fujiko, quest'ultima diventata in Italia Margot nella seconda serie. L'ispettore Zenigata, il cui desiderio piÃƒÂ¹ grande ÃƒÂ¨ di catturare Lupin, cerca la complicitÃƒÂ di Fujiko-Margot, nota per i suoi doppi giochi.
