Le lieutenant Lorenzo Council (Samuel L. Jackson) prend l�affaire en main.
Le fr�re de Brenda Martin est commissaire de police et il d�cide de boucler le quartier Armstrong, "royaume" du lieutenant Lorenzo, car sa s�ur indique ce quartier comme le lieu du vol. Les habitants du quartier se sentant opprim�s, la confrontation avec les forces polici�res mises en place est irr�m�diable.
P/S : Le film n'est pas sorti en salles. Bizar !!! Il a tout ce qu'il faut: Suspense, charge dramatique, des bons acteurs...
