Description:

Dave Mason first became known as guitarist in the band Traffic. He was co-founder of the group, but left after the recording of the first album. He then rejoined part way into the sessions for the second Traffic album. The band broke up and would later reform without Mason. Meanwhile he launched a successful solo career and still tours to this day.

Certified Live was recorded at The Universal Amphitheater "absolutely live with no overdubs" and released in 1976. Besides featuring some classic Mason songs, also included are his covers of Dylan's "All Along The Watchtower" and The Eagle's "Take It To The Limit"
